Green Opal Teardrops

Green Opal is a type of common opal, known for its various shades of green, ranging from pale ivory to a dark, saturated emerald green. Unlike precious opals, which exhibit a characteristic "play-of-color" due to the diffraction of light through their internal structure, green opals are considered "common" opals because they lack this iridescent effect. Instead, they may display a subtle milky luster called adularescence.
